We are VAT registered if you are buying for business you can claim VAT(currently VAT is charged at 20%), mail us for VAT invoice.
Please keep your address updated on Ebay/Paypal. As mostly orders are shipped straight away, once we receive the order.
We ship all the orders within 2 business day upon receipt of cleared funds. Please give extra time for deliveries on special occasions, adverse climate conditions and festivals.

Customers in more remote parts of the UK (such as the Highlands & Islands) may experience slightly longer delivery times (on average average within 4-5 workings days from payment).
Most of the items are bubble wrapped securely according to the size & weight of the item. Then they are packed in courier bags or boxes(occasionally we use old card boxes--saves money and environment).
We use Royal mail for all deliveries depending on best suitable service for individual item. If you have any particular requirement confirm before buying. Once goods are dispatched there will be an extra charge on address change.
If you don't receive your goods within 14 working days of despatch email, mail us and we will try to give you best possible assistance. 14 day window is a preset requirement before Royal Mail, to consider any item lost.
There will be a charge no for redirecting delivery to a different address, but you will be charged for refused delivery. For any changes please mention at the time of order, once goods dispatched the above charges will apply. Please note, if you don't accept delivery or address provided is incorrect and the parcel comes back to us, you have to pay redelivery charges which are the charges set by couriers not us.
If the item received back undelivered in case it was not picked from sorting office or unavailability at provided address. There will be a redelivery charges on it.
We have 14 days return policy, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reasons, we will refund or exchange. Goods returned should be unused and should be in original packaging.
Buyer to bear the return postage cost if the buyer wishes to return without confirmation with our self.
Any item faulty, damaged or unwanted should be informed within 14 days of receipt. We will than reconfirm if it is returned to us or destroy.
Also we will need a picture for the same. However, in any case we will not able to refund the postage for goods that are returned without intimating us.
If you have received any item that is not same as advertised, please contact us immediately. We will either replace you or refund you accordingly. Do not send us back straight without confirmation.
If you have received faulty item i.e. non electronic and non-electrical goods, please inform us within 7 working days.
In the case of electronic and electrical goods, you can contact us for refund or replacement, if fault arises within 28 days from delivery.
In the above cases, we will either send you a free return postage label or make arrangement that you do not have to pay the postage charges.
In all cases it is important to inform us within mentioned time period. Postage for goods will not be refunded for any item that is returned, without intimating us.
In case where the fault develops due to mishandling of goods, we will unable to refund the item.
If the fault arises after 28 days, then please inform the manufacturer of the product.
All measurements provided are approximate.

We keep everything in stock, if for some reasons item is damaged or anything else, we will inform you straightaway & offer you refund or you can wait for the next delivery, as our stock is updated weekly.
