What is the BSI PSA Module? The BSI PSA module, also known as the Body Systems Interface, is a vital electronic control unit used in automobiles. It acts as a gateway between various vehicle components and systems, facilitating communication and control. In simpler terms, the BSI PSA module serves as the brain of the car, managing functionalities such as lighting, door locks, windows, and more.

The BSI module (fuse box and central control unit) in Peugeot and Citroën cars is usually located in the driver's cabin, on the left side under the dashboard (often just above the pedals or behind the driver's side glove compartment). Accessing it usually requires removing a plastic cover. Depending on the vehicle model, this location may vary slightly: Peugeot 206 / 307 / 407 / Citroën C3 and C4: The module is located under the steering wheel, above the pedals, at the bottom of the dashboard. Peugeot 607 / Citroën C5 / Xsara Picasso: It is also located near the left side of the dashboard, often covered by a flap or cover that can be accessed by sliding the driver's seat back. Note: The BSI module is easily confused with the BSM (engine compartment fuse box), which is located under the bonnet.
