After receiving your payment we endeavour to dispatch your goods within same working day.We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you

• Orders placed until 12.00 PM are shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 12.00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

In the event of any shortages we will work with you to resolve claims and you may return your item up to 30 days after the for a refund.

The customer is liable for cost of returns. Fitted items cannot be returned for credit.

All parts must be returned in original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

• We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

• Once we receive an order you have time to cancel the order until 3pm. You will need to send cancellation request by eBay on your order page. Please do NOT send eBay messages to cancel your order as it might not be read on time. Therefore, you will receive the order and will need to refuse the delivery for a return or accept the item and return it back to us on your own cost.
