📦 What the customer must send us:

• Both units must be in full working condition
• Units must not be burnt, blown, or electrically damaged
• Units must not be mechanically damaged (no broken connectors, cracked housing, or physical impact damage)
• We reserve the right to return units without cloning if they do not meet the above conditions
